Installation is carried out of mandatory software for desktop
Description and laptop machines. Installation of any software is also
carried out. Support and basic training to the users is also
provided for the standard software

Applications installation is a part of the image installed on
every machine provided to the OETC users. The software
installed includes:
Compression utility ( i.e. WinZip , WinRAR, …)
Adobe Acrobat reader
Features Browsers (Firefox, chrome)
Flash Player
Media Player
Real player
VLC player
Fonts
A: IT Helpdesk System: access to self-service portal and fill
up the form
B: E-mail: send a request by e-mail

installed for Desktop / Laptop service.
Service Targets Any reinstallations of the image can be performed within
two working days
Any reinstallations of the applications can be performed
within one working day
