                                  The users are provided with a user ID and a password to access the OETC network

                                  and services like share folder, internet, email service and scan/print service. Access
                  Description     IT  also  provides  support  including  password  resets  for  the  users.  Basic

                                  troubleshooting and awareness is also provided.

                   Standards      The access granted to the users differs in the level of access to the resources and

                  Procedures      A: HR department send request for create new account to Senior IT Help Desk
                                  B: IT will confirm and create account.


                      User
                 Responsibility   Users are required to comply with General Permissible Security Guideline.




                Service Targets   User accounts are created and access provided the same day after receipt of HR

                                  request. For any support of an incident, users should log an incident using Microsoft
                                  System Center
