Deposit will be credited from the order if you wish to go ahead with the purchase of the oven or will be refunded once the oven
has been returned to Caterkwik’s warehouse. Caterkwik will deliver and collect the oven on the agreed dates. Should the
collection fail on the date and time agreed we will allow one more attempt to collect. Should this collection also fail you will be
charged for the appliance and aborted collection fees.

The MerryChef e2s will be loaned with a bottle of MerryChef Oven Cleaner and the accessories that are provided as standard
with the oven which will remain property of Caterkwik. The unit supplied is not intended for outdoor use. It is the client’s
responsibility to ensure the oven is used and installed as recommended and comply to regulations.

Declaration: Caterkwik have agreed to loan the above equipment to you for the period specified. It is your responsibility to
ensure the item/items are returned to us in a clean condition and in full working order with all accessories. Should the appliance
have any defects upon return any works required will be charged.

Terms

• The equipment shall at all times remain the property of Caterkwik and the user shall not have the right, title or interest
on or to the equipment.
• Caterkwik has the right at any time, with 48 hours’ notice, to enter the property for the purpose of removing the
equipment and detaching the equipment from the property if necessary to do so.
• The risk of loss, theft damage or destruction to the equipment shall pass to the user on delivery and shall remain at sole
risk of the user during the period of the loan.
• The equipment should be used in accordance to the instructions and the user shall not in any way tamper with the
equipment or any mechanisms of the equipment.
