Late & Weekend Shift FAQ’s

   1) Customer making enquiries / checking stock / placing an order;
   All enquiries / orders to be dealt with at point of call where possible. Although we are not able to check stock on everything we can advise
   the customer we will process the order and confirm a delivery date the next working day / morning. All enquiries to go on the customers’
   memos & raise a quote so that we don’t lose the lead – if any help is needed by a salesperson please advise a member of sales via email &
   we will get back to the customer ASAP.
   2) Chasing delivery of an existing order;
   CK stock items can be chased via TNT & DPD using the consignment number.

   We are unable to chase delivery on items that have been ordered from our suppliers due to them not being open on a weekend however
   please advise the customer that we will look into this & they will receive a call first thing the next working morning with an update.
   3) Can I Lease?
   ●To proceed with a lease purchase, we require for you to either be a home owner or have been in business for at least 12 months.
   ●If neither of the above you may be able to use a guarantor to take out the lease purchase for you.
   ●The lease period can vary from 12months up to 5 years depending on the best option for you.
   ●At the end of the lease period(upon final payment) the units are fully yours, they are not returned to CaterKwik.
   ●There is no service plan in place with the lease purchase, you will only receive the warranty period stated by the manufacturer of the
   equipment.
   How to then proceed with leasing?
   Raise a quote on sage for the customer, email the customer a copy of the quote & also send a copy to Andy at Oakfield leasing;
   andy@oakfield-leasing.co.uk with the customers contact details & Andy will then contact them to proceed with the lease option.
   4) Live chat
   You must be logged in to live chat throughout your late or Saturday office shift.
   5) Calling scheduled deliveries for drivers
   If you are on the weekend shifts, the first person in the office shift in the morning will have the run sheet on their desk. You must liaise with
   the driver to get eta’s and let all the customers know when their deliveries will be driving. Let the driver know who is in the office that day.

       •   If there are any ongoing delivery updates needed, you must email all the details of these over to the person who starts at 2pm who
           will take over from you.

       •   You must put the clip board on the Sunday AM person’s desk ready for them the next day. Please highlight which deliveries are on
           Sunday for them.
