WHAT FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED?       A large Community Hall with kitchen facilities, a library,
        billiard table, darts, lounge & a large open space meeting area & outdoor B.B.Q area is for
        residents use. There are many organised weekly activities such as line dancing, tai chi,
        indoor bowls, craft, snooker, croquet , library etc. There is an open caravan & boat storage
        area available free of charge, with a yearly charge for undercover. A residents workshop is
        also available for the handy-person.

        Floor Plans? Rosetta Village originally comprised 4 different designs.  The two most
        popular  floor plans are The Mawson & The Sturt, with a few of the smaller original Flinders
        design still available.

        Are Pets Allowed? With restrictions residents can own a pet in the Village. Pets must be
        de-sexed & owners must be responsible for the pet at all times.

        Can I Sell My Home Without Restriction? Yes. You are  free to sell your home at full market
        value. You are free to engage a real estate agent to act on your behalf. Any capital gain is
        yours. Rosetta village has no “ financial investment’ in the properties. The only restriction
        is that the management requires notice that you are intending to sell your home.


        Stamp Duty? Homes in Rosetta & Seachange are presently exempt from Government Stamp
        Duty. We recommend you engage  a conveyancer to do the transfer of ownership & apply for
        the  exemption on your behalf.
