GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION

WHAT IS ESSILOR EXPERTS™?
Essilor Experts™ is a comprehensive effort to support the growth of the independent Eye Care
Professional as they compete in today’s complex and changing optical industry. It comes to life through
a collaborative partnership between independent Eye Care Professionals and Essilor.

WHAT ARE THE ESSILOR EXPERTS WORKSHOPS?

Workshop Overview:
Workshops are focused on empowering staff with valuable tools to overcome common patient
objections, capture and keep more patients in the dispensary, and build value and sales for the practice.
• Workshops sessions are one-day sessions, expected to run from 8:30am-5pm (times may vary
slightly by location)
• Workshop sessions are generally scheduled on consecutive days to allow an ECP to send partial
staff each day and allow the practice to stay open to schedule patient appointments. In some
cases, to accommodate local needs, there will only be one session offered
• ECP staff are expected to stay the for the duration of the Workshop session
• Breakfast and Lunch are included in the Workshop

8:00 am : Registration
8:00 am : Continental Breakfast
8:30 am : Morning Workshop Begins
12:00 pm : Lunch
1:00 pm : Afternoon Workshop Begins
5:00 pm : Adjourn

Important Note: There will be some expenses associated with traveling to the biannual
Essilor Experts™ Workshops that the practice will be responsible for covering.

These expenses can include, but may not be limited to, the following:
• Travel to and from the Workshop location
• One night hotel accommodation
• Dinner
• Any other ancillary expenses related to attending the Workshops
