                 WHICH OF MY STAFF MEMBERS NEED TO ATTEND?
                   •   The Workshop training has been developed with Optical Staff in mind.  If you need to prioritize
                       staff attendance, start with those staff members that work in the dispensary and are actively
                       engaged in the dispensing process with your patients.  Doctors are welcome to attend.





               IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY OF MY STAFF CAN ATTEND?
                   •   In its current design, the capacity of each Workshop is 45 attendees.  With that in mind, and to
                       accommodate as many practices as possible, we ask that Optical staff be given priority when
                       selecting which of your staff should attend
                   •   We typically offer two, one-day sessions to help accommodate for practices with larger Optical
                       staff.  In some cases, however, due to local needs we will only have a one-day session



               HOW DO I REGISTER MULTIPLE STAFF MEMBERS?
                   •   Follow the link in the email and every staff member that is going to attend independently.



               DO I NEED TO CLOSE MY OFFICE?
                   •   The choice to close your practice is yours.  In most markets, we will offer two, one-day sessions
                       to give you the option to send partial staff each day and allow your practice to stay open to
                       schedule patient appointments


               WHO IS BEING COMMUNICATED WITH VIA EMAIL WHEN SOMEONE REGISTERS?
               All email communication is directed to the email address of the customer who has registered to attend
               the Workshop.  No registration updates are sent to the Sales team when a customer registers for a
               Workshop event.  The list of registered customers is always available in SFDC – Workshop Registrations




                  WHO RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
               The “Know Before You Go” email communication is sent to the email address used by the individual who
               has registered for the Workshop.  A sample is attached in the Appendix.




               WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE LAB AND BRAND REPS?

               Both the Brand and the Lab reps have a role in making each event successful.
               Specifically, their role includes:
                   •   Providing feedback on timing and location, when asked
                   •   Access the Registration link on Salesforce to see the latest registrations
                          •   Collaborate to determine if there are key customers that should attend the Workshop
                              but are not yet registered
                   •   Consultants are not expected to attend the Workshop
