Our Team
WePower is managed by experienced
women who have an in-depth
personal knowledge of the political
arena. The current Executive Director is
Dr. Mazal Shaul, a scientist with a PhD
in Chemistry, an exemplary career in high
managerial positions at large Israeli multi-
national companies, such as Teva, and an
active council member’s record of helping
fellow women in leadership positions.
She is assisted by an experienced team
and a steering committee composed of
women with political, legal and senior
public official background. In its unique
approach, WePower believes in
providing practical and leadership
tools, through education by the
experienced professionals and
former elections candidates
themselves.
