Everyone needs to have an active HO4 policy or an RLL charge updated
in MRI. Once an active HO4 policy expires then the RLL charge should

be added immediately.

Adding RLL charge

 Residents - Select a resident.
 Enter the unit

 In lease information tab, select amend lease, then click Other fees
