Updating HO4:

 Once you receive a renter’s insurance declaration policy from the
resident.

 Sandwich->Residential Management->Residents->Select a

resident.
 Enter the unit number.

 Select “Notes” under Links section and click “Add”

 Select HO4, enter text details with the insurance company name,
policy number followed by your initial.

 Enter the policy expiration date and click save.
