Entering a Guest Card in MRI

Guest Cards are entered any time that a prospect comes into the

community and views an apartment home.

Click on the hamburger icon in the upper left corner

 Click on “Residential Management”

 Under “Leasing” subtitle click “Add a Guest Card” hyperlink

 Fill in the information. The areas marked with a red * asterisk is
mandatory

 Click “Save”

 The prospect in now in MRI and can be found under “prospects”
at any time.
