Searching for Duplicate Emails in Entrata

               If you receive an error message of ‘email address already in use’ for either a
               Resident or Applicant.


                 Click on Residents

                 On the left side tool bar click on the filter

                 Enter the email address
                 In the Status drop down, select All and filter residents





































                     On the next page the click on the name that the email is

                       associated with.
