Searching for Duplicate Emails in Entrata

If you receive an error message of ‘email address already in use’ for either a
Resident or Applicant.
Click on Residents
On the left side tool bar click on the filter
Enter the email address
In the Status drop down, select All and filter residents
On the next page the click on the name that the email is
associated with.
