  Add the date the payment should be deducted from their account

                     Amount, bank or credit card information, etc.…

                     Have the resident select either:
                       1. Charge Entire Balance (include water bills, etc.)

                       2. Specify Exact Amount (set amount per month only)




               Once all the information is entered have the resident click “Resident

               agrees to Terms and Conditions” box.


               Select the green Add Payment box and the recurring payment is now
               set up.
