Developing support services to suit the needs of our families
• Holiday cabin purchased in the New Forest, available for use by children and their families
to enjoy a much-needed respite break
• Major refurbishment project completed at Kingston Hospital, a paediatric pirate-themed
reception and oncology dream cave
• Mo the owl becomes our mascot, inspired by the sounds of an owl in the New Forest that
comforted a child during their visit to our cabin
• Expansion across Surrey, with support offered to all families at Epsom Hospital and St Peter’s
Hospital
• Therapy programme launched, providing music, art and play therapy to children and siblings
• Bianca Effemey, Founder and Chief Executive, wins prestigious YOU/Clarins Most Dynamisante
Woman of the Year award in 2014
