ABOUT US
Reuth Rehabilitation Hospital is a public hospital owned by Reuth – one of Israel’s oldest
and largest NGOs.
The Hospital is the largest rehabilitation hospital of it’s kind in Israel, with 12 hospitalization
wards and approximately 360 beds.
The staff includes senior rehabilitation physicians and geriatricians, world-renowned
specialists and leading experts in the various health professions (physiotherapy, occupational
therapy, speech therapy, social work, rehabilitation psychology, diet & nutrition, and more.)
The Hospital is fully affiliated with Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Medicine, and provides
academic teaching and training to students of medicine and the health professions.
The Hospital is recognized for residency in rehabilitation medicine and geriatrics, and
approved for specialization in medical administration and pain relief.
The Hospital operates the Reuth R&D Institute, which collaborates with research and
higher education institutions both in Israel and overseas, as well as startups and Israel’s
biotechnology industry.
Inpatients services include: neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation, rehabilitation and
care for people with brain injuries, respiratory rehabilitation, long-term ventilation for
children and adults, and complex nursing care for children and adults.
The outpatient division includes a day rehabilitation department, a pain clinic, a sexual
rehabilitation and therapy department, an institute for the treatment of eating disorders
and more.
Our creed places the focus on the patient and his family – aware that we are treating a whole person,
not just an illness. This comprehensive approach is crucial when contending with our patients’ complex
conditions and the impact of the situation on their close surroundings.
Our activities rest on four pillars: quality of service and care, staff development, R&D and financial
stability.
