2. FIRST PRACTICE TRIAL
(inserting a finger alone)
After washing your hands, check to make
sure you don’t have
long or sharp fingernails
which could scratch the

one leg onto a chair or
other surface and with one swift movement,
gently insert your finger into the vagina, just
as you would a tampon- moving it back and
upward until you can touch the os. You will
