 1. KNOW YOUR BODY:
 Before  using  VCF  in
 “real-time”,  you  will
 want  to  know  how
 and where  to insert
 VCF  and what it will
 feel  like  once  it  is
 there.   You will  start
 by inserting your middle, or index finger into
 the vaginal space (birth canal) to get a sense
 of  how  high  and  deep  it  is.    This  space  is
 approximately  7  cm.  deep,  and  at  the  very
 center  top  end  of  the  vagina  you  will  find
 the os, or the opening to the cervix. The os
 feels like a small dimple or protrusion.   When
