nnual Reporting Congress of our company is a good reason to
show the scale of the activity of Life is Good Holding, to show
Athe dynamics of development and the opportunities for growth
of the company itself and of its each employee – from a newcomer to
an experienced top-leader. This holiday of success is held every year in
January, starting from 2014. Two previous congresses were organized in
the State Central Concert Hall “Russia” in Luzhniki Palace of Sports. Here,
in this significant place, where the grand events of Russian and world scale
are usually held, at the stage and in the hall the atmosphere of energy and
development prevails among the men in formal dinner jackets and women
in elegant dinner clothes.
An official part of the Congress includes an annual report on the activity
of the company’s partners: management company “Germes”, the Housing
Cooperative Best Way and the International Business Academy (IBA) with
the description of work on the main directions and the prospects for the
development of the Holding. And these are not pass-through reports with
cold hard facts and standard phrases. Each speaker quite sincerely shared
their feelings about achievements, success, difficult way, to which he/she
came together with his/her team to their common goal. And each person
in the hall understands that it is enough to have a clear goal and wild
energy and it will help to achieve the best results, to be happy and to live
the full life.
The important and pleasant moment is the prize distribution among the
top-leaders for the achievements of the year gone, as well as the award
to Life is Good Holding itself, which, as is known, not once was recognized
as one of the most promising and growth companies making socially
important contribution to the development of the economy of our country.
A valuable bonus of each congress is the seminars and trainings from
the best business-coaches, successful and recognizable TV presenters,
entrepreneurs – Andreas WINS, Allan PIZ, Vladimir SOLOVYEV, Dag VID,
Bob DOIL, Aleksander DROUZ. Being the acknowledged experts in their
sphere they share the accumulated knowledge and invaluable experience
with those who move in business with confidence or who have just started
this way.
After the end of the official pat of the congress the participants, charged
with energy and drive, enjoy a gala-concert of the stars of the world and
domestic stage – bands Ottawan, Bad Boys Blue, Kar-men, Na-na, In-Grid,
Viktor Saltykov, Andrey Aleksin and a lot of others.
