Room Hire

Room hire entitles you to access to the room for a maximum of six hours. The base room set up is
covered in the cost of room hire. This includes the positioning of chairs and tables, lectern and P.A.

Rooms Capacities

Allowing for dance floors, presentation tables and entertainment areas, the function rooms can
accommodate the following maximum numbers:

• Auditorium 300 – 400 persons depending on table layout
• Y2 Auditorium 200 – 250 persons
• Riverboat Room 25 – 30 persons
• Boardwalk Bar 60 – 70 persons
• Boardroom 10 – 15 persons
