Extra Special Extras

       These items are available to you at additional costs. These include items such as chair covers, linen, dance
       floors, stages, projector screens, table features, ceiling decorations and more. These special extras allow

       you to pick and choose how elaborate you want your function to look.


       The function organiser is responsible for decoration of the room, however decorations must not damage or
       impair the room in any way. Included in this portfolio are some contact details and prices of companies that
       specialise in function decorations, as well as our Wedding catering menus for your perusal.


       Final Numbers

       Final numbers are requested 5 days prior to the event.

       Meals will be charged on the basis of the numbers confirmed or the numbers served, whichever is greater.
       We also need to know if any entertainer’s meals are on your account.


       Bar Attendant


       A Bar attendant will be supplied for functions of 50 people or more. Bar staff can be supplied for functions for
       less than 50 people at an hourly rate. This hourly rate is for a minimum of three hours @ $25 per hour.


       Other Professionals


       If you require entertainment such as a DJ, MC, Band or Security etc., we can give you some contacts of
       those professionals that may be suitable and able to cater to your needs.


       Delivery & Pickup of Equipment

       The club must be advised of all deliveries and collections made on behalf of the function organiser. Club
       staff will not be available for receiving any materials nor will the club take any responsibility for the safe

       keeping of materials.

       Rules of a Registered Club


       All clubs in NSW are governed by the Registered Clubs Act as well as the Liquor Act. As such, some
       rules regarding patronage applies, including;
