SPi Global is a market-leading content technology and content solutions enterprise that provides

With a client base spanning 30 countries worldwide, SPi Global delivers business transformation
services from 20 locations across the globe. The company’s global resource pool is strategically
located in eight countries: the Philippines, India, United States, China, Nicaragua, Vietnam, United
Kingdom and Singapore.
SPi Global’s services can be quite complex to understand. We are part of the BPO industry but we
are not the typical player that many are familiar with. We would like to take this opportunity to intro
duce SPi Global. As we have been in the business for decades, those who are familiar with the com
pany only know of our core business from years back but we have changed significantly owing to
our innovation mindset. For a better appreciation of our current state, we share below an illustration
of our digital delivery ecosystem which in itself is a result of innovation and technology push in how
we run our operations so that we could consistently provide more value to our clients.
The tools presented in the technology layer powered by ML and AI have all been internally deve-
loped by our Technology team. Many were created in the past couple of years and some were
refreshed and upgraded legacy tools which were also developed by the company. These are
innovative tools that we use for our own operations in order to achieve operational efficiencies and
process excellence. They allow us to work faster, better and at the least cost possible. They impact
our bottom line in a big way.
Adding impact is one key reason behind the development of SmartDub. Localization is an essential
element of influencing user interaction and experience with digital content. With content increasingly
being targeted for global audiences, localization will be a key factor to attract and retain users/
customers, and retain or increase market share.
However, there are also many challenges to localization: high costs, capacity limitations, slow turn
around time, and process errors and delays. SmartDub, with its combination of a human managed
service and leading-edge technologies, effectively addresses these concerns to deliver localized
content at the correct cost, appropriate scale, and right speed to market.
