our 40th year anniversary – the

“most forceful year” for SPi
Global, at the first Leadership

Townhall held on February 22.

With last year’s challenges carrying
important lessons for the company,

Prabhakar told leaders across the
enterprise that changes will be more

compelling this year.

According to Prabhakar, CSAT responses
revealed 80% overall client satisfaction.

However, as clients search for different
ways to change their business, they are

also constantly assessing the impact
of our technologies to their business.

It is, therefore, necessary for SPi Global
to quickly become a transformational

player.
