To add a file through URL
1. Click Files tab
2. Click Add Links then it will open External File Links Type window
3. Select URL
4. Click OK and it will add a line as shown in next screen shot.
Enter Description and enter the URL in the File Name tab and click Save.
To open the file select the entire row and then click Open.
