Annual Report 2018 - Department of Finance 35 09 Sixth outputs group: Financial Reporting and Control
This outputs group includes determining the quality and criteria of issuing Government financial statements and various financial reports. It also includes developing and issuing the “Financial Control System”.
The Financial Reporting and Control outputs group comprises of the following main outputs:
Financial Reporting Financial Control Financial Reporting
This output includes issuing financial statements preparation procedures and templates for Government Entities, Corporations and Companies as per the Law No. 1 of 2017 concerning the Financial System of the Government of Abu Dhabi. It also includes preparing and issuing Government financial statements, periodic budget performance, Government financial risks, Public Debt and Government Guarantees reports as well as Government Investments report.
This output also covers the preparation and issuance of accounting policies and standards, in addition to providing support and advices in the accounting and financial matters.
