Update the template for the 2018 Statement of Financial Intent
(SFI) for roll out to its portfolio of Government investments.
Develop financial solutions for distressed Government investments and specific assets entrusted to the Department.
Maintain an open and active dialogue with key and main investors.
Address International Monetary Fund (IMF) recommendations (Article 4).
Prepare the Government Financial Subsidy and
Aid Reports.
Prepare the Public Debt and Financial Risks Reports.
Maintain the credit ratings of Abu Dhabi and achieve a positive outlook from key rating agencies.
Monitor the collection of Government loans.
Issue the Financial Control System after being aproved.
Continue monitoring the implementation of the Government Procurement Electronic Gate Project.
Prepare and issue the Government of Abu Dhabi financial statements in accordance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
Commencement of the upgrade project to the Electronic System for the Management of Public Financial Resources to version 12.2.6.
Prepare the periodic General Budget Performance Reports and Financial Position Reports.
Implement the Project Planning
and Budgeting System.
Prepare the Government Corporations and Companies Financial Performance Reports.
Provide the required support
and training for employees in
the financial departments in Government Entities, Corporations and Companies to implement
Law No. 1 of 2017 concerning the Financial System of the Government of Abu Dhabi and the relevant regulations and decisions.
Determine the goods and services to be purchased through centralized contracts and sign contracts with suppliers.
Publish the regulatory and operational frameworks of the Government Procurement and issue the rules and regulations necessary for the application thereof such as the Procurement Standards.
