ปีระกาศ คัคั. 2567ฯ นําามาใช่้กําากับิด้้แลการปีฏิิบิัตัิการบิินกับิ อากาศยานซึ่ึงไม่ม่นักบิินที่่ม่นําาหนักเกิน 25 กิโลกรัม เปี็นการ ปีฏิิบิัตัิการบิินที่่ม่คัวามเสำ่ยงระด้ับิปีานกลาง โด้ยได้้กําาหนด้หลักการ ในการกําากับิด้้แล ผู้้้บิังคัับิฯ การขึนที่ะเบิ่ยนอากาศยานซึ่ึงไม่ม่นักบิิน รวมถึึงการขออนุญาตัปีฏิิบิัตัิการบิิน ซึ่ึงม่สำาระสำําาคััญ ได้้แก่
การกําาหนด้มาตัรฐานผู้บิ้้ งั คับิั ฯ โด้ยจะตั้องผู้า่ นการฝ่กึ อบิรม จากศ้นย์ฝ่ึกอบิรมและหลักสำ้ตัรที่่ ผู้อ. กพิ่ที่. รับิรอง ก่อนมาขอขึนที่ะเบิ่ยนและรับิรองการเปี็นผู้้้บิังคัับิฯ จาก กพิ่ที่.
อากาศยานฯ จะตั้องได้้รับิการขึนที่ะเบิ่ยน โด้ยจะนําา อากาศยานฯ ไปีใช่้ปีฏิิบิัตัิการบิินได้้เฉีพิ่าะอากาศยาน ที่่จด้ที่ะเบิย่ นตัามวตัั ถึปีุ ระสำงคั์ที่่ระบิุไวใ นขณ์ะจด้ที่ะเบิย่ น อากาศยานฯ เที่่านัน

To regulate the operation and licensing of UAS in compliance with legal requirements, categorizing operations based on associated risk levels.
To clarify the licensing process by specifying regulations and procedures for applying for permissions, including aircraft registration, operator certification, and operational licenses. To leverage information technology to streamline supervision processes such as registration and licensing, enhancing public convenience.
