Purpose
1. To develop an online one-stop service system for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), including the registration of UAS pilot, registration of unmanned aircraft, flight operation permit, and certificationofUAStraininginstitutes, along with systematic data management in compliance with international standards.
2. To enhance convenience and reduce processing time for users of unmanned aircraft systems.
3. To improve operational efficiency within the Unmanned Aircraft Standards Department in accessing and inspecting databases required for certification, licensing, and public services.
4. To systematically integrate and link data with the UAS management systems of related organizations.
Summary
The Unmanned Aircraft System Portal (UAS Portal) was developed for the registration of UAS pilots, unmanned aircraft registration, flight operation permit, and certification of UAS training institutes, detailed are as follows:

Development of Unmanned Aircraft System Platform (uasportal.caat.or.th)

Registration of UAS Pilots (valid for 2 years)
1.1 Basic Pilot: Requires an online examination; an electronic registration certificate is immediately available upon passing.
1.2 Advanced Pilot: Must complete training based on specific aircraft models at certified institutions.
1.3 An electronic registration certificate is issued after verification by officials.
