2. การจำด้ที่ะเบียนอากาศยานซี้งไมิ่มิีนักบิน (ไมิ่มิีหมิด้อายุ จำนกว่าจำะยกเลื่ิก)

ด้ําาเนินการเปีิด้ใช่้งานระบิบิ UAS Portal ในวันที่่ 15 ตัุลาคัม 2567 โด้ยอําานวยคัวามสำะด้วกและลด้ระยะเวลาการด้ําาเนินการ ให้กับิปีระช่าช่น หน่วยงานภาคัรัฐและเอกช่น ที่่เข้ามาใช่้งาน ในระบิบิและเพิ่ิมปีระสำิที่ธิภาพิ่การปีฏิิบิัตัิงานของฝ่่ายมาตัรฐาน อากาศยานซึ่ึงไม่ม่นักบิินให้เข้าถึึงข้อม้ลและตัรวจสำอบิฐานข้อม้ล ของผู้้้บิังคัับิและอากาศยานซึ่ึงไม่ม่นักบิินได้้อย่างเปี็นระบิบิ และเปี็นไปีตัามมาตัรฐานสำากล

วัตถุปริะส่งค์
1. เพิ่้อเผู้ยแพิ่ร่ข้อม้ล เสำริมสำร้างคัวามร้้และคัวามเข้าใจ ที่ถึ่ ก้ ตั้องเกย่ วกบิั การบิงั คับิั หรอ้ ปีล่อยอากาศยานซึ่งึ ไมม่ น่ กั บินิ รวมถึึงกฎหมาย กฎระเบิ่ยบิ วิธ่ปีฏิิบิัตัิที่่เก่ยวข้อง และสำรา้ งคัวามตัระหนักร้ใ นเรอ้ งมาตัรฐานคัวามปีลอด้ภัย และการรักษาคัวามปีลอด้ภัยให้แก่ผู้้้บิังคัับิหร้อปีล่อย อากาศยานซึ่ึงไม่ม่นักบิิน
2. เพิ่้อนําาเสำนอการพิ่ัฒนานวัตักรรมเที่คัโนโลย่อากาศยาน ซึ่ึงไม่ม่นักบิิน และการนําานวัตักรรมด้ังกล่าวไปีใช่้ ในร้ปีแบิบิตั่าง ๆ โด้ยมุ่งเน้นการเผู้ยแพิ่ร่แนวโน้มและ ที่ิศที่างในการกํา ากับิด้้แลให้ สำอด้คัล้ องกับิการพิ่ัฒนาที่่จะ เกิด้ขึนในอนาคัตั
2. Registration of Unmanned Aircraft (no expiry until cancellation)

2.1 Weight less than 25 kg: Provide aircraft details and required documentation.
2.2 Weight more than 25 kg: Provide detailed aircraft specifications and required documentation.
2.3 The assigned registration number from the system must be affixed to the aircraft.
Flight Operation Permit
3.1 Applications submitted through a mobile application.
3.2 Capability to verify no-fly zones and plan flight routes directly within the application.
3.3 Integration of licensing processes of multiple agencies into one application, reducing processing times. These include CAAT, air traffic management units, and
airports.
Timeframe
14 September 2023 - 10 April 2024
Outcomes
The UAS Portal was officially launched on 15 October 2024, significantly improving convenience and reducing processing times for users, both individuals and organizations. It has also enhanced operational efficiency for the Unmanned Aircraft Standards Department by enabling systematic managementandverificationofUASpilotandaircraftdata, maintaining compliance with international standards.

1 To disseminate accurate knowledge and enhance understanding of unmanned aircraft system (UAS) operations, including related laws, regulations, procedures, and standards of safety and security among UAS operators.
2 To present innovations in UAS technology and showcase their various practical applications, highlighting future regulatory trends aligned with technological advancements.
