ข้อกําาหนด้ ฉีบิับิที่่ 42 ว่าด้้วยการอนุญาตัให้ผู้้้ด้ําาเนินการ เด้ินอากาศตั่างปีระเที่ศปีระกอบิกิจการขนสำ่งที่างอากาศเพิ่้อ การพิ่าณ์ิช่ย์เข้ามายังหร้อออกจากราช่อาณ์าจักร เพิ่้อให้เปี็น ไปีตัามมาตัรา 41/126 แห่งพิ่ระราช่บิัญญัตัิการเด้ินอากาศ พิ่.ศ. 2497 ซึ่ึงแกไขเพิ่ิมเตัิมโด้ยพิ่ระราช่บิัญญัตัิการเด้ินอากาศ (ฉีบิับิที่่ 14) พิ่.ศ. 2562 กําาหนด้ให้ผู้้้ด้ําาเนินการเด้ินอากาศ ตั่างปีระเที่ศเพิ่้อการพิ่าณ์ิช่ย์เข้ามายังหรอ้ออกจากราช่อาณ์าจักร ตั้องด้ําาเนินการย้นคัําาขออนุญาตั พิ่ร้อมด้้วยเอกสำารและหลักฐาน ตั่าง ๆ ให้กับิ กพิ่ที่. เพิ่้อให้สำายการบิินที่่ที่ําาการบิินอย่้เด้ิม และ สำายการบิินใหม่ สำามารถึที่ําาการบิินได้้อย่างตั่อเน้อง

65 business days, excluding the applicant’s internal processing time and any delays caused by incomplete documentation.
» Foreign Air Operating Permission to Engage in Commercial Air Transport to and from The Kingdom of Thailand: FAOP
Objective
According to the 42nd Edition of Regulation of Foreign Air Operating Permission to Engage in Commercial Air Transport to and from The Kingdom of Thailand (FAOP), to comply with the Section 41/126 of Thailand Air Navigation Act B.E. 2497 (1954), amendment in Air Navigation Act (14th Edition) B.E. 2562 (2019), foreign air operators to engage in commercial air transport to and from The Kingdom of Thailand must request permission and submit documents/evidences to CAAT to ensure continuous operation of existing and new airlines.
Summary
In 2024, the Economic Regulation Department (ERD) granted FAOP licensing to 14 existing airlines and 6 new airlines, ensuring continuity and expansion of international commercial air services to and from Thailand.
