Results
The Aviation Industry Development and Promotion Department (APD), Aviation Economics Division gathered information from in-depth interview with operators in 4 operation areas, and data that each department provided feedbacks from survey of personnel in Thailand’s aviation sector in 2024, and generated report of personnels in Thailand’s aviation sector for Section 1 - Review of human resource survey in key specialized fields of aviation sector.

Objective
The Aviation Industry Development and Promotion Department (APD), Air Navigation Services Agreement Section, has created agreements for air navigation services as framework for regulating and identifying aviation rights among Thailand and other countries. These agreements will be implemented as master plan to consider permission of alliance’s service from/to each country's territory. The permission will support progress of civil aviation of each country, which enhances opportunities for airlines to extend services to more destinations, thus benefiting passengers, transportation, tourism, and overall economic.
