การประชุมิเจำรจำาการบินระด้ับพัหุภาคี
ปีระเที่ศไที่ยในฐานะปีระเที่ศสำมาช่ิกอาเซึ่่ยน ได้้เข้าร่วม จัด้ที่ําาพิ่ิธ่สำาร 5 ว่าด้้วยสำิที่ธิรบิั ขนการจราจรพิ่ักคั้างของตัน ระหว่างจุด้ใด้ ๆ ในอาณ์าเขตัของรัฐสำมาช่ิกอ้นภายใตั้ คัวามตักลงพิ่หุภาคั่ว่าด้้วยการเปีิด้เสำรอ่ ย่างเตั็มที่่ของบิรกิ าร ขนสำ่งผู้้โด้ยสำารที่างอากาศ ซึ่ึงเม้อวนั ที่่ 21 พิ่ฤศจิกายน 2567 นายสำุริยะ จึงรุ่งเร้องกิจ รองนายกรัฐมนตัร่และรัฐมนตัร่ ว่าการกระที่รวงคัมนาคัม ได้้ร่วมลงนามในพิ่ิธ่สำารด้ังกล่าว ในโอกาสำการปีระชุ่มรฐั มนตัรข่ นสำ่งอาเซึ่่ยน คัรงั ที่่ 30 และ ปีระชุ่มอ้น ๆ ที่่เก่ยวข้อง

General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), led the Thai delegation, accompanied by representatives from the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and CAAT. The Thai delegation held bilateral discussions with representatives from 8 countries, which are Benin, Mali, Ghana, Seychelles, Bahrain, Kyrgyzstan, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Thailand-Turkey aviation conference during 28-29 November 2024, in Istanbul, Turkey. Mr. Suttipong Kongpool, Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), led the Thai delegation with representatives from Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Foreign Affair as representative of Thailand and CAAT to negotiate with Mr. Prof. Kemal Yuksek, Director of Turkey Civil Aviation, and representatives of Turkey’s airlines. Key discussion is to update aviation rights among alliances.
Multilateral aviation conference
As a member of ASEAN, Thailand participated in the formulation of Protocol 5, which concerns the right to carry own stopover traffic between any points within the territories of other member states, under the Multilateral Agreement on the Full Liberalization of Passenger Air Services.
On 21 November 2024, Mr. Suriya Jungrungreangkit, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, signed the protocol during the 30th ASEAN Transport Ministers Meeting and related events.
