สำําานักงานการบิินพิ่ลเรอ้ นแห่งปีระเที่ศไที่ย (กพิ่ที่.) ได้้จัด้ที่ําา โคัรงการสำนับิสำนุนสำนามบิินในการจัด้ที่ํา าระบิบิการจัด้การสำิงแวด้ล้ อม สำนามบิิน (AIRPORT ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: AIRPORT EMS) เพิ่้อเปี็นการสำ่งเสำรมิ ให้สำนามบิินของ ปีระเที่ศไที่ยบิรหิ ารจัด้การสำิงแวด้ล้อมได้้อย่างม่ปีระสำิที่ธภิ าพิ่ ตัาม แนวที่างของAIRPORTEMSโด้ยในช่ว่ งกลางปีี2567กพิ่ที่.ได้้เรมิ ปีระช่าสำมั พิ่นั ธโ์ คัรงการ และได้้จด้ั การฝ่กึ อบิรมผู้า่ นสำอ้ อเิ ลก็ ที่รอนกิ สำ์ เรอ้ ง “คัวามร้เ้ บิ้องตั้นของระบิบิการจัด้การสำิงแวด้ล้อมสำนามบิิน AIRPORT EMS” ให้แก่ ผู้้้ปีระกอบิการสำนามบิิน และจากนันในช่่วง เด้้อนกันยายนถึึงเด้้อนพิ่ฤศจิกายน 2567 กพิ่ที่. ได้้ที่ําาการ ปีระช่าสำัมพิ่ันธ์อย่างตั่อเน้องผู้่านที่างช่่องที่างออนไลน์ของ กพิ่ที่. รวมที่ัง ลงพิ่น้ ที่ปี่ ระช่าสำัมพิ่นั ธ์ สำรา้ งการรบิั ร้แ้ ละคัวามเขา้ ใจเก่ยวกับิ AIRPORT EMS ให้แก่สำนามบิินภ้มิภาคัจําานวน 5 สำนามบิินด้้วยกัน ได้้แก่ สำนามบิินแม่สำอด้ สำนามบิินตัรงั สำนามบิินขอนแก่น สำนามบิิน หาด้ใหญ่ และสำนามบิินสำุโขที่ัย โด้ยเปี็นโคัรงการที่่ตั่อเน้องมาจาก ปีี 2566 ซึ่ึงในคัรงั นันม่ สำนามบิินลําาปีาง สำนามบิินอุด้รธาน่ สำนามบิิน ระนอง สำนามบิินสำมุย และสำนามบิินนคัรศรธ่ รรมราช่
ปีัจจุบิัน กพิ่ที่. ได้้ที่ําาการคััด้เล้อกสำนามบิินตัามเกณ์ฑิ์ที่่กําาหนด้ ซึ่ึง กพิ่ที่. จะให้การสำนับิสำนุนการจัด้ที่ําาระบิบิ AIRPORT EMS อย่างเตั็มร้ปีแบิบิตั่อไปีในปีี 2568 ซึ่ึงสำนามบิินที่่ได้้รบิั การคััด้เล้อก คัอ้ สำนามบินิ แมสำ่ อด้ สำนามบินิ หาด้ใหญ่ และสำนามบินิ สำมยุ โด้ย กพิ่ที่. ตัังเปี้าหมายว่าสำนามบิินที่่ผู้่านการตัรวจสำอบิ และรบิั รองจาก กพิ่ที่. จะสำามารถึเปี็นสำนามบิินตั้นแบิบิในการบิรหิ ารจัด้การสำิงแวด้ล้อม ตั่อไปี
Objectives
1. To promote awareness of the Airport Environmental Management System (Airport EMS) to additional airports, following previous efforts by CAAT in 2023.
2. To support airports in Thailand in developing and implementing Airport EMS.
3. To improve the guidelines and related documents for Airport EMS to ensure their completeness and applicability.
Summary
The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) has initiated the Airport EMS Support Project to encourage Thai airports to manage environmental issues effectively and sustainably under the Airport Environmental Management System framework.
In mid-2024, CAAT launched the promotional campaign and organized an e-learning course titled “Introduction to Airport Environmental Management System (Airport EMS)” for airport operators. From September to November 2024, CAAT continued the campaign through its online platforms and conducted on-site promotional activities to raise awareness among five regional airports: Mae Sot Airport, Trang Airport, Khon Kaen Airport, Hat Yai Airport, and Sukhothai Airport.
This project builds on efforts from 2023, which targeted Lampang Airport, Udon Thani Airport, Ranong Airport, Samui Airport, and Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport.
Based on selection criteria, CAAT has selected three airports for full-scale support in the implementation of Airport EMS in 2025 which are Mae Sot Airport, Hat Yai Airport and Samui Airport.
These airports are expected to become model airports in environmental management upon successful implementation and certification by CAAT.
