ปีระเที่ศไที่ย มาเลเซึ่่ย และอินโด้น่เซึ่่ย ม่คัวามก้าวหน้า ในการพิ่ัฒนาการใช่้เช่้อเพิ่ลิงการบิินยังย้น (SAF) ที่่สำอด้คัล้องกับิ มาตัรฐานคัวามยังย้นของ CORSIA ซึ่ึงจะช่่วยลด้การปีล่อยกาซึ่ คัาร์บิอนได้ออกไซึ่ด้์จากภาคัการบิินและสำนับิสำนุนเปี้าหมาย Net Zero Carbon emission ของ ICAO

This workshop supports ASEAN countries to use data in developing, improving, and implementing CORSIA to ensure efficiency. In addition, the workshop promotes collaboration in implementing of CORSIA among organizations in ASEAN and highlight Thailand's active role in supporting CORSIA adoption within the region.

Results
CAAT and DGCA Indonesia jointly invited ASEAN member countries to participate in a CORSIA Workshop. The workshop aimed to emphasize the importance of involvement from aviation regulatory organizations, airlines, and auditing departments of ASEAN members, while enhancing capabilities during the initial phase of CORSIA implementation.
The event served as a regional platform for sharing experiences and aligning practices with CORSIA guidelines. Furthermore, it promoted collaboration among regulatory organizations, airlines, auditing departments, and stakeholders across ASEAN, to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of CORSIA.
Attending countries also support the development of CORSIA Eligible Emissions Units (CEU) to fulfill the demand for offsetting emissions based on CORSIA measures at the ASEAN level, which reduce the cost of acquiring CEU from international markets and support the growth of carbon-related businesses in ASEAN.
Progress of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) is seen among Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia, which aligned with sustainability standards, which help reduce carbon dioxide emission from the aviation sector and meet ICAO’s Net Zero Carbon Emissions targets.
ASEAN countries agreed to continue promoting awareness of updated CORSIA regulations and standards, with plans to organize additional workshops to strengthen regional readiness and collaborative implementation in future phases of the scheme.
