To study, review, and revise Thailand’s 15-year Air Transport Development Plan (2023–2037) to ensure alignment with current civil aviation policies, relevant plans, and the evolving context of the aviation sector.
To initiate Thailand’s Air Transport Development Plan (2023-2037) and Operation Plan to Support the National Civil Aviation Policy by Organization asaframeworktoensuresustainabledevelopment of air transport.
To review and formulate the National Commercial Airport Master Plan (2023-2037) in accordance with national civil aviation policies.
To identify mechanisms of Thailand’s air transport development plan (2023-2037), operation plan to support civil aviation policy by organization, and National Commercial Airport Master Plan (updated) for further implementation. To forecast the number of passengers, flights, and air transport volumes across domestic and
international routes in the short term (5 years), medium term (10 years), and long term (20 years), both nationwide and by individual airport. The compiled data will serve as a single authoritative source for all aviation sector stakeholders to analyze air navigation behavior.
