1.1 สำายการบิินเข้านัด้พิ่บิเจรจาการจัด้สำรรเวลาการบิิน

Objectives
To provide opportunities for airlines to negotiate, amend flight slots, and discuss key information related to flight slot allocation, The aim is to facilitate timely planning and coordination with airport slot coordinators at Level 2 and Level 3 airports in order countries.
Summary
The IATA Slot Conference (SC) is a biannual event organized by International Air Transport Association (IATA). In 2024, the 154th conference (SC154) was held in Colombia from 11 to 13 June 2024, and the 155th conference (SC155) was held in Singapore from 19 to 22 November 2024
The Air Navigation Operations Management Department (AND) through the Airport Slot Allocation Division (SG) participated in the conference as the official slot coordinator for Thailand’s Level 3 congested airport, namely Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Phuket, Chiang Mai, and Samui airports as well as U Tapao Airport, which is designated as a Level 2 congested airport.
1. The 154th Slot Conference in Colombia
1.1
A total of 71 airlines participated in the slot negotiation sessions for winter 2024/2025 season. (apart from commercial flights, Singapore Airlines and Qatar Airways requested additional negotiations for cargo airlines). Flight slot amendment and/or allocation of new flight is arranged for Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), Don Mueang Airport (DMK), Phuket Airport (HKT), Chiang Mai Airport (CNX), and Samui Airport (USM).
Air Navigation Operations Management Department (AND), Airport Slot Allocation Division(SG)hasscheduledflightslotsbased on plans of airlines or proposed the most feasible slots. In case slots are not allocated based on requirements of airlines because of full capacity (runway/terminal/bay), Airport Slot Allocation Division (SG) will inform airlines to wait for slot scheduling or approval for new slots in waiting list after Series Return Deadline (SRD) on 15 July 2024.
