เม้อวนั ที่่ 12 มกราคัม 2567 นายสำุรยิ ะ จึงรุง่ เรอ้ งกิจ รฐั มนตัร่ ว่าการกระที่รวงคัมนาคัม เปี็นปีระธานเปีิด้งาน OPEN HOUSE CAAT 2024 และร่วมแสำด้งคัวามยินด้่ในโอกาสำที่่สำําานักงานการบิิน พิ่ลเร้อนแห่งปีระเที่ศไที่ย (กพิ่ที่.) ย้ายอาคัารสำําานักงานใหม่ โด้ยภายในงานม่การจัด้แสำด้งนิที่รรศการเน้องในโอกาสำคัรบิรอบิ การด้ําาเนินงานปีีที่่ 8 และการเสำวนาหัวข้อ “จากอด้่ตัสำ่้อนาคัตั การบิินพิ่ลเรอ้ นไที่ย” เพิ่้อเปี็นปีระโยช่น์ตั่อการพิ่ัฒนาอุตัสำาหกรรม การบิินของปีระเที่ศไที่ยในอนาคัตั
นายสำุรยิ ะ จงึ รุง่ เรอ้ งกิจ กล่าวว่า กระที่รวงคัมนาคัมม่นโยบิาย สำําาคััญด้้านการขนสำ่งที่างอากาศเพิ่อ้ เพิ่มิ ศักยภาพิ่ของที่่าอากาศยาน และการขนสำ่งที่างอากาศ ซึ่ึงบิรรจุในนโยบิายการด้ําาเนินงาน ของกระที่รวงฯ ด้้านที่่ 1 “คมินาคมิเปิด้ประติูการค้า การที่่องเที่ียว ส่รา้ งการเป็น HUB เพั่อการเชอ่ มิโยงการเด้ินที่างทีุ่กมิิติิ” ซึ่ึง กพิ่ที่. ในฐานะหน่วยงานที่่ที่ําาหน้าที่่กําากับิ ด้้แล คัวบิคัุม สำ่งเสำรมิ และ พิ่ัฒนา รวมที่ังการให้บิรกิ ารข้อม้ลข่าวสำารด้้านการบิินแก่หน่วยงาน ที่่เก่ยวข้องและปีระช่าช่น เพิ่้อคัวามปีลอด้ภัยของผู้้โด้ยสำารและ เจ้าหน้าที่่ซึ่ึงปีฏิิบิัตัิหน้าที่่ด้้านการบิินทีุ่กคัน จึงม่บิที่บิาที่สำําาคััญ ในอุตัสำาหกรรมการบิินอย่างยิง
นายสำุรยิ ะ กล่าวตั่อว่า ระยะเวลาการด้ําาเนินงานเพิ่่ยง 8 ปีี ของ กพิ่ที่. ที่ําาให้เห็นการพิ่ัฒนาและการเตัิบิโตัของอุตัสำาหกรรม การบินิ ของไที่ยรวมถึงึ การปีรบิั ปีรุงมาตัรฐานการบินิ และการผู้า่ นพิ่น้ สำถึานการณ์์ COVID-19 มาด้้วยคัวามร่วมม้อร่วมใจจากทีุ่กภาคัสำ่วน ในอุตัสำาหกรรมการบิิน โด้ยเฉีพิ่าะ กพิ่ที่. ที่่ม่บิที่บิาที่สำําาคััญ เปี็นอย่างมากในฐานะหน่วยงานกําากับิ ด้้แล และสำ่งเสำรมิ การบิิน ของไที่ย ที่ําาให้ปีระเที่ศไที่ยก้าวผู้่านช่่วงเวลาที่่ลําาบิากและฟื้้นตััว ได้้อย่างรวด้เรว็ และมันคัง
ด้้านนายสำุที่ธิพิ่งษ์ คังพิ่้ล ผู้้้อําานวยการสำําานักงานการบิิน พิ่ลเร้อนแห่งปีระเที่ศไที่ย กล่าวว่าที่่ผู้่านมา กพิ่ที่. มุ่งมัน เตั็มคัวามสำามารถึ ในการที่ําาหนา้ ที่สำ่ ําาคััญอยเ้่ บิอ้ งหลังการบินิ พิ่ลเรอ้ น ของปีระเที่ศ ไม่เพิ่่ยงแตั่ด้้แลผู้้โด้ยสำาร แตั่คัรอบิคัลุมถึึงทีุ่กสำ่วน ที่เ่ กย่ วขอ้ งกบิั อตัุ สำาหกรรมการบินิ ซึ่งึ วนั น่ เปีน็ โอกาสำด้่ ที่่ กพิ่ที่.ได้้ยา้ ย ที่่ที่ําาการใหม่เพิ่้อให้บิรกิารปีระช่าช่นได้้อย่างสำะด้วกสำบิายมากขึน
On 12 January 2024, Mr. Suriya Jungrungruangkit, Minister of Transport, presided over OPEN HOUSE CAAT 2024 to mark the official relocation of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) to its new office. The event featured a special exhibition commemorating CAAT’s 8th anniversary of operations and a forum titled “Civil Aviation: From the Past to the Future”, highlighting the future potential and significance of Thailand’s aviation sector.
Mr. Suriya stated that the Ministry of Transport has been actively implementing key air transport policies to enhance the capacity of airports and strengthen Thailand’s air transport system. These efforts align with the Ministry’s first strategic plan, “Opening Opportunities for Trade and Tourism as a Hub Connecting Multimodal Transportation”. As the country’s aviation regulator, CAAT plays a crucial role in inspection, supervision, promotion, development, and the dissemination of aviation knowledge to the public and relevant organizations, ensuring the highest levels of safety for both passengers and aviation personnel.
The Minister further emphasized that throughout its eight years of operation, CAAT has consistently demonstrated its commitment to advancing Thailand’s aviation standards. The organization has played a key role in helping the industry navigate the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, working in collaboration with all relevant sectors to ensure a stable, swift, and sustainable recovery.
Mr. Suttipong Kongpool, Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand, reaffirmed CAAT’s dedication to supporting the country’s civil aviation ecosystem, from passenger services to operational stakeholders. He highlighted that the relocation to
