งนขับเคลือนกำริปริะเมินคุณธิริริมและควมโปริ่งใส่ ในกำริดูําเนินงนของห้น่วยงนภัคริัฐ (Integrity and Transparency Assessment: ITA) (โคริงกำริต่อเนือง) (ริะยะเวลดูําเนินโคริงกำริ/งน : ม.ค.-กำ.ย. 2567)
กพิ่ที่. ด้ําาเนินการตัามขันตัอนและกรอบิระยะเวลาของ การปีระเมนิ ITA ปีระจําาปีี 2567 ของสำําานกั งานคัณ์ะกรรมการปีอ้ งกัน และปีราบิปีรามการที่จุ รตัิ แห่งช่าตัิ (ปี.ปี.ช่.) ระหว่างวนั ที่่ 1 มกราคัม- 1 กรกฎาคัม 2567 ซึ่ึงเคัร้องม้อในการปีระเมิน ITA ม่จําานวน 3 เคัรอ้ งม้อ ได้้แก่
1) แบิบิวัด้การรบิั ร้ข้ องผู้้้ม่สำ่วนได้้สำ่วนเสำ่ยภายใน (Internal Integrity and Transparency Assessment: IIT)
2) แบิบิวด้ั การรบิั ร้ข้ องผู้้้ม่สำ่วนได้้สำ่วนเสำ่ยภายนอก (External Integrity and Transparency Assessment: EIT)
3) แบิบิตัรวจการเปีิด้เผู้ยข้อม้ลสำาธารณ์ะ (Open Data Integrity and Transparency Assessment: OIT)
โด้ยเม้อวันที่่ 30 กรกฎาคัม 2567 สำําานักงาน ปี.ปี.ช่. ได้้ ปีระกาศผู้ลการปีระเมิน ITA ปีระจําาปีี 2567 ของ กพิ่ที่. ซึ่ึงในปีี 2567 กพิ่ที่. ได้้รบิั ผู้ลคัะแนน ITA ที่่ 88.14 ซึ่ึงอย้่ในระด้ับิ “ผู้่าน”

กพิ่ที่. ด้ําาเนินการปีระเมินและรวบิรวมผู้ลการปีระเมินองคั์กร คัุณ์ธรรมระด้ับิฝ่่าย ตัามตััวช่่วัด้การปีระเมินองคั์กรคัุณ์ธรรม จําานวน 9 ตััวช่่วัด้ และนําาสำ่งข้อม้ลการปีระเมินด้ังกล่าวไปียัง กระที่รวงคัมนาคัม ตัามกรอบิระยะเวลาที่่กําาหนด้ โด้ยผู้ล การปีระเมินองคั์กรคัุณ์ธรรมของ หน่วยงานภายใน จําานวน 21 หน่วยงานได้้รับิผู้ลปีระเมินในระด้ับิองคั์กรคัุณ์ธรรมตั้นแบิบิ (ระด้ับิที่่ 3 : ระด้ับิสำ้งสำุด้) และจําานวน 1 หน่วยงานม่ผู้ลปีระเมิน ในระด้ับิองคั์กรสำ่งเสำริมคัุณ์ธรรม (ระด้ับิที่่ 1) โด้ยผู้ลสำําาเร็จ ในภาพิ่รวมของ กพิ่ที่. ปีระจําาปีี 2567 กพิ่ที่. มผู้่ ลการปีระเมนิ องคั์กร คัุณ์ธรรมอย้่ในระด้ับิองคั์กรคัุณ์ธรรมตั้นแบิบิ (ระด้ับิสำ้งสำุด้)
Project: Implementation of the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) for Government Agencies (Ongoing Project)
(Project Duration: January–September 2024)
The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) carried out activities in accordance with the procedures and timeline of the 2024 Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) as set by the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), covering the period from 1 January to 1 July 2024. The ITA utilized three assessment tools:
1. Internal Integrity and Transparency Assessment (IIT) – measuring perceptions of internal stakeholders
2. External Integrity and Transparency Assessment (EIT) – measuring perceptions of external stakeholders
3. Open Data Integrity and Transparency Assessment (OIT) – assessing the agency’s public disclosure of information
On 30 July 2024, the NACC officially announced the 2024 ITA results. CAAT received a total score of 88.14, achieving the rating level of “Pass”.
Project: Driving the Moral Organization Assessment of CAAT
(Project Duration: January–September 2024)
The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) conducted assessments and compiled results at the departmental level based on 9 key performance indicators under the Moral Organization Assessment Framework. The assessment results were submitted to the Ministry of Transport within the specified timeline.
Among CAAT’s internal department, 21 units achieved the Model Moral Organization level (Level 3: Highest Level), while 1 unit was assessed at the Moral-Promoting Organization level (Level 1).
As a result, CAAT’s overall moral organization assessment for the year 2024 was rated at the Model Moral Organization level, representing the highest standard.
