Dear Parishioners,
- Philippians 4:17
Thank you for your generous support of time, talent, and treasure to our parish
family! You will see in this annual report a vibrant, healthy, and welcoming Catho-
lic community and you helped make this possible! Your generosity is a sign of
your gratitude to God for the Risen Christ and a means to share his love with
others. Through prayer, community, learning and service we put our faith into
action each day. Let us continue to encourage one another as disciples and be
joyful witnesses to the hope we experience in the Risen Christ!
May God Bless us all,
Fr. Bryan Dolejsi, Pastor
Fellow Parishioners,
This past Fiscal year from July 2024 to June 2025 we completed the first year of
coming together as a family with St. Anthony Parish as part of Partners in the
Gospel Archdiocesan Pastoral Plan. This phase has been about getting to know each
other through staff retreats, multi parish events (like combined confirmation), and
collaboration between programs at both parishes. This coming year we will be
expanding into Who Are We? and Who Do We Want to Become? as part of
developing a plan to become one canonical parish. This Annual Report showcases
many of the fruits resulting from the work of our many parish programs and
ministries here at St. Stephen the Martyr.
As you review the financial information you will notice a 5% decrease in collections over the previous year,
but with increased “other” revenue which included a generous bequest and higher interest income, our
total income was about even with last year. By managing to keep expenses close to even with last year, we
wound up with a slight surplus in net income.
We are grateful for the continued support to the parish through your generous stewardship of Time, Talent
and Treasure in returning God’s Gifts of abundance to support the many ministries of the Church. Our
parish continues to strive to fulfill its mission of spreading the good news and serving the people of God.
God Bless,
Tom Jones
Director of Operations
