can be noted

that most of the

buildings are

currently in an
acceptable

state. A number

of buildings on
the other hand,

needs minor

repairs and

others need
major

refurbishment.

There are also
a few newly

constructed

buildings while
there are two

that are

currently being
built. (Please

refer to the

photo inventory

on the following
pages.)
