aka monkey business highly alcoholic and not for
                                                                               the faint-hearted!

Serves 1 Hold onto your hat – pour Stone’s and whisky over ice and
give it a swirl! Play with the ratio to suit your palate; some of
30ml (1 oz) Stone’s Green my friends like less whisky, while for the others it’s really just
Ginger Wine a matter of waving the Stone’s over the top of the glass. This
30ml (1 oz) whisky is one of my favourite drinks in the world – and perfect for
ice a cold winter’s night. While a Negroni (see p244) sings of
summer, the Whisky Mac is all knitted jumpers and roaring
fires. If you’re not a whisky fan, swap the whisky for gin for
                                                 a ‘Bishop’s Cocktail’.
