negroni & For me nothing says

                                                                               ‘summer party’ like the
aperol spritz kick from a bitter,
                                                                               orange negroni!

Serves 1 Negroni – full grunt

30ml (1 oz) gin (such as Ok there are two options here – the first of these Italian
Bombay Sapphire) cocktails is the Negroni, which is an acquired taste and very
30ml (1 oz) sweet vermouth much to my liking. If you like bitter this is for you; if you like
(such as Martini Rosso) sweet, fruity cocktails, it is most definitely not. Just shake the
30ml (1 oz) Campari gin, vermouth and Campari together in a cocktail shaker with
ice ice, then pour over a large ice cube (or ice ball). Give your
1 length orange peel orange peel a twist to start releasing the oils and drop it in. Take
a sip and have your head blown off… you’re welcome!

Serves 1 Aperol Spritz – sweet & simple

60ml (2 oz) Aperol Aperol is like Campari’s sweeter, less-alcoholic cousin, perfect
90ml (3 oz) Prosecco for sipping on a sunny afternoon with less risk of ending up
(or sparkling wine) asleep under the hedge. Just pour the Aperol, Prosecco and soda
30ml (1 oz) soda water over ice and add the orange to serve. Not pictured
                  ice
