garlic &                                                     This is cheap, quick and

                                                                               pretty much as simple
                  chilli pasta                                                 as it gets. It also does an
                                                                               excellent job of warding
                                                                               off vampires… enjoy with
                                                                               a glass or two of red.






                  Serves 1                       Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil and add the spaghetti.
                                                 While it cooks for 1 minute less than the packet directions, heat
                  100g (3½ oz) dried spaghetti   the olive oil in a large frying pan and cook the garlic and chilli
