All executive positions at ProGolf
are occupied by professionals fluent
in English, Portuguese, Spanish
& French. Some team leaders of
our crew also speak English which
allows for a complete interaction
between owners, designers, and most
laborers and foreigners, avoiding
miscommunication. While we always
endeavor to enlist local labor, all our
machine operators, shapers, technical
and irrigation leaders are experienced
in all facets of golf course construction
and perform to the highest standards.
They also mentor and direct local labor.

Our team is highly committed to our
clients and when needed, we’ll be ready
to deploy and mobilize anywhere.
