• We are currently finalizing the construction of the Olympic Course designed by Gil Hanse
for the Olympic Games taking place in Rio de Janeiro in the Summer of 2016 and growing
in our last golf course built in Fazenda Boa Vista (in the São Paulo region) designed by
Arnold Palmer. We pride ourselves in the detailed and quality delivery to our clients. We
look to be engaged in select projects, allowing us to be fully committed to each and every
one of them, being that the reason why we only run 2 to 3 projects simultaneously.

• We are a team with the knowledge and experience necessary to meet diverse challenges
and capable of producing top quality Golf Courses. We have been involved in the
construction of golf courses with completely different kinds of site conditions such as
sea and desert sand (Saadiyat Beach), xiste and calcarium rock (Monterei and Quinta da
Boavista), granite rock (Amarante Golf), clay and calcarium rock (Amendoeira), swamp
and mud (Salgados and Fazenda Boa Vista) and dune sand (Pinheirinho and the Olympic
Course - Rio 2016).
• We gained our experience by being involved in the execution of courses designed by
Arnold Palmer, Christy O’Connor, Gary Player, Gil Hanse, Howard Swan, Jack Nicklaus,
Martin Hawtree, Nick Faldo, Santana da Silva, among others.
