8. Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and
outages

11. Configuration of routing and switching equipment
12. Protects system by defining access privileges, control structures and resources.
13. Recognizes problems by identifying abnormalities, reporting violations.
14. Implements security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating
requirements.
15. Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
16. Maintaining CCTV and time attendance’s machine (thumb print) at all centres. Oversees all telephone
changes, including routing for seating assignments.
17. Upgrades system by implementing and maintaining security controls.

IT Support Infrastructure
1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating system, and application.
2. Designing, monitoring and maintaining computer system and its network. Troubleshooting, maintaining
and solving system and network (VMware ESXi and vCenter) problems, also diagnosing and solving
hardware/software fault.
3. Setting up new user’s account and profiles with all they credentials include password issues using remote
system (RDC, VNC, SSH) to solve any special cases.
4. Talking staffs/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help setup
system or resolve issues.
5. Repairing and upgrading different types of computers ( in software and
hardware). Identifying problem printers, copiers and scanners. Configuration of routing and switching
equipment,
6. Configure and administration of firewall, following the standard IT
security policy.
7. Maintaining email server, Installing and configuring any computers and other IT equipment
8. Be ready Upgrades system by implementing and maintaining
security controls.
9. Keep track of IT supplies and equipment e.g. cables, adapters PCs and notebooks, Oversees all telephone
changes, including routing for seating assignments.
10. Backups, restore, managing and retrieving all of databases.
11. Responsible for Applications and Infrastructure HW’s Purchasing.
