IT Network Infrastructure

1. Maintains server uptime consistent with Business goals and metrics.
2. Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including management of internal network,
administering both Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Cloud servers also its system backups.
3. Work with Linux platform to administering servers both websites and mobile apps system on cloud.
4. Direct involvement in incidents or problems (irrespective of priority)
that cause service impact and acts as escalation point for incidents not being resolved in a timely manner
5. Provides a variety of third-level help desk and end-user services including PC and server support;
troubleshooting/resolution of complex problems; and equipment planning, procurement, configuration, and
deployment.
6. Installs, configures and supports/monitors new and existing servers or network infrastructure such local
area network (LAN)/wide area network (WAN) and telecommunications equipment is sufficient/effective
to meet goals.
7 Plan and implement upgrades needed to maintain service levels.
8. Performs troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose unique or complex network problems.
9. Prepare and submit Network Boundary Requests to the enterprise network provider for configuration
changes to a boundary switch in support of testing requirements.
10. Install and re-install server equipment as required to support testing requirements.
11. Responsible for the effective management and efficient utilization of technical resources.
12. Responsible for overall system and infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to
reduce failures.
13. Works with of IT team and HR team to establish standards and
best practices for managing internal infrastructure, including network, access rights, desktops, servers,
internal applications.
14. Implement policies/standards to improve the quality and efficiency of support services, develop and lead
the replacement of infrastructure at end of life

• Developing end-to-end project plans to guide the implementation of network infrastructure. Balancing
resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and potential risk factors that may impact project success,
Managing a wide variety of project teams focused on different aspects of the network infrastructure and
keeping them on task to meet deadlines.
• Directing the deployment of new product and service projects to ensure their integration and commercial
success.
• Leading project update meetings for leadership and finding creative ways to resolve problems.
