The Metaltex system is a revolutionary new Metaltex I
way to speed up the process of applying Steel Flat Bed Truck
Vortex Sprayliner materials to raw metal. Be Aluminum Air Boat

iron. Before you had to wait until the next
day for the primer to dry, with the Metaltex
system, it is just a matter of minutes.

The Metaltex-I is the first step. You simply
spray on a thin coat, let it set for 3 minutes
and rinse it off with water. It’s that simple.
This is a rust & oxidizing inhibitor that treats
the metal for the crosslinking Metaltex-II.

`Metaltex™ II is the second part of the Metaltex - II
Metaltex process. Once the Meteltex I has
dried, simply spray on a thin wet coat of the Steel Flat Bed Trailer
Metaltex II and allow it dry. Once dry, you
simply spray on your Vortex.

There is a 3 day recoat window of
application after the Metaltex II has dried.
So if you prep a metal surface on Friday,
you can always wait until Monday to Vortex.

The Metaltex process is excellent for
production applications. Metaltex is great for
steel, galvanized metal, iron and aluminum.
