Eco-Meric M.I.B.™ M.I.B White Mastic
Did you know that M.I.B. stands for “Miracle
In a Bucket” and this white mastic truly is.
Combined with a piece of Eco-cloth is all it
takes to repair seams, gaps, holes, cracks in
mastic around vent pipe or air conditioning
ducts.
Apply a thin layer of M.I.B. white mastic to
the surface, place a piece of Eco-Cloth then
top it off with another thin coat of M.I.B.
and your done.
Eco-Cloth™ Eco-Cloth
Applying a typical mastic or tar to a joint
seam or gap is only a temporary fix.
Eventually it will dry out, the roof will
expand in the sun and the repair will crack
or split.
The answer to having a quality repair is to
apply a coat of a very elastic roof mastic
called M.I.B. and then put a piece of joint
strengthening cloth known as Eco-Cloth to
bridge this gap or seam. A second layer of
M.I.B. and the repair will stay put.
The Eco-Cloth is 4” wide and 300’ long. It is
inexpensive but super durable. This is a
winning combination for any roof.
