The Assessment
To begin we visit your home, business or
residence in question. We will do a walk
through and review the contents ,
identify any particular challenges,
estimate sale proceeds and further
customize our services to meet your
specific needs.
If we move forward with the sale we’ll
discuss the commission, set a date and
sign the contract. There are no upfront
fees; we cover all costs and are
reimbursed from the proceeds of the
sale.
If we are unable to accommodate your
sale we’ll recommend a reputable estate
sale company or a local charity that suits
your needs.
