Before the Sale
It’s important to not remove items from
the home after the consultation and
prior to the sale. As they say “One man’s
trash is another man’s treasure”. You
may unintentionally throw away
something of value. In addition, we can
ensure that things that do need to be
disposed of or recycled are done in an
environmentally friendly manner.
If the family plans to keep some items
that will need to be discussed at the
consultation so as the estimated
proceeds are accurately calculated.
Items that are not for sale should be
removed prior to our crew's arrival.
We ask that no one is living at the
residence and family members do not
attend the sale as it can be emotional.
